Love – New Born: Birgitta Steen

Birgitta Steen’s education was as a photographer in Stockholm. She wanted to be a press photographer, which at the time was impossible for a woman, so she took five years of graphic design studies at Konstfack, Stockholm. This gave her many opportunities as an illustrator, set designer and art director, and with teaching and TV productions. The photograph was always included in some way. Today, photography is accepted as an art form and with the possibilities that exist in this technique, a whole new world is open to Steen.
